Meet Holly Rigsby personal trainer, my coach and author of Fit Yummy Mummy.




Holly has outlined in her latest newsletter the myths and misleading information that is out in the media about women and strength training.

As a society, we as women have been lead to believe that we can bulk up if we lift heavy weights and I mean weight over 15, 20, or even 25lbs!

SO NOT TRUE!

With proper nutrition and a properly planned strength training program there is NO WAY that women will bulk up.

Looking lean and defined YES....



Bulking up....NO!
