Your Children Will Join In Too!

As I was reflecting on the past year and packing up my belongings (blogs) on CLUB FYM as we get ready to launch our new site, I came across these pictures of my son.

Nathan loves to work out with me and is always trying new exercises along side me!! He'll even count for me when I am too tired to count!























Here is a video of him doing his version of intervals, he repeated this over and over again!


It just goes to show and it must be said over again....WE as parents have a profound effect on our children and actions do speak louder than words!
